Sponsorship Program 2026
To: Potential Field/Team/Recreation Sponsor of 2026,
The Franklin Recreation Department has compiled a sponsorship program that not only shows your support to our mission but can also provide your business with many opportunities. The program includes two options for local businesses to choose how they would like to sponsor our programs, as well as the option to choose an athletic season. Our mission is “To offer quality, year-round, recreational opportunities to the residents and visitors of Franklin, while enhancing the physical, mental, cultural and social needs of our community” and our group is determined to make this happen! Many new and exciting opportunities have already transpired because of Franklin Recreation but not without the continued support and collaboration from our local groups and surrounding communities.
We have developed levels of sponsorship to choose from. If you have specific requests as far as where you would like your sponsorship applied, please indicate that on the form included with this letter. Otherwise, all sponsorship money received will be placed in a general sponsorship fund and allocated where the Board deems appropriate. We order locally printed banners professionally made from outdoor vinyl, measuring 8’ long by 3’ high, which are displayed at the rec fields. The banners are displayed from little league until the end of soccer season. In addition, all sponsors will be able to have their business listed on our website! We intentionally held off on asking our loyal banner advertisers for spring renewals this year, since Northwest Little League had just sent out their sponsorship mailers in March. To show our gratitude, all our banner advertisers enjoyed a free season this year. We'll be putting up fresh banners right before soccer season this fall!
This year, we are fundraising to replace the softball dugouts. They were moved from the baseball field about 10 years ago when those ones were replaced as a temporary fix, until we could afford to replace them, by the 2028 softball season we plan to have that done. Community sponsors will have a permanent plaque on the new softball dugouts.
