The Franklin Recreation Department has compiled a sponsorship program that not only shows your support to our mission but can also provide your business with many opportunities. The program includes two options for local businesses to choose how they would like to sponsor our programs, as well as the option to choose an athletic season.. Our mission is “To offer quality, year round, recreational opportunities to the residents and visitors of Franklin, while enhancing the physical, mental, cultural and social needs of our community” and our group is determined to make this happen! Many new and exciting opportunities have already transpired because of Franklin Recreation but not without the continued support and collaboration from our local groups and surrounding communities.
We have developed two levels of sponsorship to choose from. If you have specific requests as far as where you would like your sponsorship applied, please indicate that on the form included with this letter. Otherwise, all sponsorship money received will be placed in a general sponsorship fund and allocated where the Board deems appropriate. We sell local business signs professionally made out of outdoor vinyl, measuring 8’ long by 3’ high,which are displayed at the rec fields. The banners are displayed from little league until the end of soccer season. In addition, all sponsors will be able to have their business listed on our website!
This year, we are offering local businesses and individuals the opportunity to sponsor a player. It currently costs $15-$25 to play soccer or basketball and $40-$50 to play Little League. If you are willing to sponsor a player, please indicate on the form below. We will add the funds to our scholarship account and use the funds as the need arises.
New this year, we are giving local businesses the opportunity to choose which athletic season they’d like their shirt sponsorship for, and giving the option to sponsor multiple seasons. Please note, that while Franklin Recreation will do their best to honor all requests to sponsor specific teams and athletic seasons, they reserve the right to make changes if necessary.
